Engine Power is nothing against Bull Power

Chris Monopoli So the caption says "engine power is nothing against bull power" but in no way is the person in this car competing against the bull. The SUV is just parked and not doing anything, so how is this engine power against bull power? It's just a bull that's loose in the streets trying to tear up shit.
