This fully-plastic road was installed in the Netherlands

Linda Sorge Another great in aviation from the Netherlands! Let's see if we

can do it without it costing ten times more then it costs to make in the Netherlands ! ( comparing the Alzheimer's village ....which is a awesome idea .....built in Vancouver that is a replica of a Alzheimer's village first done in the Netherlands, but costing much much more to live there than the model of the one in Holland. )

Michael M Boucher I really like this idea and I am impressed with how fast it is laid down and installed. I also like the conduits below to pass cables for electric lights, information panels overhead etc. Of course, it would have to be evaluated for our winters but maybe some heating can run in the conduits to keep it clear of snow and ice in the winter. It could replace sidewalks and bicycle paths easily in many places as well.

Mikael Lytzau Forup In many ways very admirable. But won't the plastic inevitably wear down and enter the environment? We now know from research in Sweden that astroturf breaks down and can become major sources of plastic to lakes - the same will surely apply here?

Alexandria Daegmorgan This is not a good idea for the environment in the long run. We need to start thinking of making something that's degradable that we can use and is safe for the environment. Then we need to get countries to use ot and then figure out a way to get rid of the plastic on the planet.
